This is a sake from Aizu that I bought in jackets. I could really taste the flavor and sweetness of the rice, and I realized that this is what the "beautiful sweetness" of the Nagurayama Sake Brewery is all about. The acidity supporting the sweetness is nicely balanced. The gaseous sensation on the tip of the tongue is also summery.
I wonder if there are whales in Lake Inawashiro... I must go see them with sake!
