This year I could not get Senkou's Yukidaruma, so I asked for this Yukidaruma. It is nigori-yu, but it looks light nigori.
The taste is just like the snowdrift in Oze, with sweetness and bitterness at first. The sweetness and bitterness come first, and then disappear, but the final part of the taste is sweetened and tightened. You can have a strong flavor or a refreshing one to rinse your mouth.
Today, I paired it with a yellowtail and chicken stir-fried with oyster sauce, but I think the stir-fry is the better choice.
