たかWhen the bottle is opened and one sip is taken, the bran-like aroma spreads and the taste is quite characteristic. Compared to Shinkame and Biwa no Sazanami, which we drank at the same time, this sake is right in the middle. After a few days of drinking, it becomes mellow and very easy to drink.
