Machida Shuzo, Special Junmai Drinking Comparison 🍶. Miyamanishiki. This one was made in 2025.2, but the quality was perfect! This one was sweeter and juicier, and had a sense of matured umami as well as a gentle bitterness. It was delicious with a nice aftertaste. I think that the Gohyakumangoku is lighter in sweetness, while the Miyamanishiki is thicker in sweetness and umami. Both have their own merits, and I liked them both 😆👍Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.
