Attended the Yamasan-kai hosted by Beki-san at Boya Tetsu for the sake of SAKE (for SAKE).
It was interesting to see Mr. Ogiwara, the president of the brewery, who joined the party as a member of the general public.
Thanks to the host who served more than 30 kinds of free-flowing sake. It was also fun to compare it with the racking. I think the flavor may expand even more when it is at room temperature!
