Purchased at Grand Cercle, Liquor Shop, B2F, Daimaru Shinsaibashi.
Shin Tsuchida K" Kijozo-shu Brewing [Tsuchida Shuzo, Gunma].
To be frank, it is a very sweet sake, but at the same time, it has a strong umami taste. This is something I have never had before. Although it is not a fruity type, I think it is something that even beginners can enjoy.
This is probably the first time I've had Tsuchida's sake, but it's one of my favorites right away.
