Hannegi Shibori Junmai Gohyakumangoku.
This Junmai sake is brewed by Yoshidaya using a very labor-intensive method called "Hanegi Shibori," in which sake is squeezed using a giant 8-meter-long tree. The pressing is adjusted with exquisite force and, as a result, the sake is not fully squeezed, thereby successfully eliminating any unwanted flavors!
