かふんしょう
Wakanami" is a sake carefully brewed by the young "Team Wakanami" in Okawa City.
This is a special limited version using "Jugenmu Jugenmu".
Jugemu is Fukuoka Prefecture's newest rice suitable for sake brewing (father: Yamadanishiki, mother: Yumeichikkou).
Wakanami's encounter with "Jugenmu", repeated trial and error, and the fruitful taste is the result of his firm commitment to the "Jugenmu" rice every year, which has also won awards in the prefecture, including the Governor's Award.
Gentle and natural sake quality. The aroma has a fresh, grape-like flavor, and on the nose, there is a subtle, clear sweetness and smooth umami.
