It has a slightly subdued nose with a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, the fresh, fruity aroma spreads, and the flavor and richness of the rice can be tasted. The subtle acidity in the finish tightens the taste, making it a crisp, clean, standard Junmai-shu. It is a classic junmai sake that is crisp and refreshing.
