Yesterday at work, I received this from a junior colleague from Joetsu. Thank you 😊.
When I visited Joetsu City and Kasuga Mountain on GW4, I couldn't tell my wife and son that I wanted to stop by a liquor store😅, especially I couldn't get any sake from the Joetsu area.
I was able to get some "kanzuri sakadori" as a side dish. I will pair it with cream cheese.
I am very happy to have it in such a background.
It is characterized by a refreshing acidity and a slightly sweet flavor.
It is a good sake👍.
