We opened a bottle of Suehiro's Yamahai Junmai Ginjo, which we had a chance to visit the brewery in Fukushima.
It has a pleasant acidity that spreads in the mouth. It has a robust flavor and can be easily matched with a wide range of dishes.
I suddenly felt that it would be perfect with horse sashimi from Fukushima. Delicious. ‼️
