GANOSake made at LIBROM, a brewery and restaurant that opened last year in Fukuoka.
Their products include sake with fruits and herbs, and this time I bought a sake with strawberries!
As it was a bit of a mixed liquor, it spilled out like Mentos Cola right after opening the bottle... (LOL)
(Laughs) The mouthfeel is fizzy, with a harsh aftertaste.
It has a fruity taste, but the strawberry flavor that is said to be used cannot be felt very much...
Also, although the beer has a strength of 13%, I felt that it might actually be a little higher than that.
I would like to buy it again because I am interested in other flavors.
