The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (2) Sawahime] booth. This time, the brewers were there. There were three sake breweries from Tochigi Prefecture: Sawahime, Tochikane, and Shikizakura, so it was a Tochigi love 💕 zone 🤗. ◉Sawahime Special Honjozo Made from Gohyakumangoku rice. It has a deep, penetrating umami, a bit refreshing, caramelized, and slightly sweet taste. This is a delicious Honjozo 😋. ◉Sawahime Tokubetsu Junmai Premier Made with Yumesasara. Juicy, acidic, clean, crisp, and light. ◉Sawahime Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo Hitogochi is used. It has a fresh, slightly bitter chocolate flavor with a refreshingly delicious aftertaste. ◉Sawahime Yamahai Junmai Hitogochi is used. Soft acidity and a gentle lactic acidity. Slightly sweet with a lingering finish. Another tasty one. Love Tochigi even at events 🤗💕!
