A new line, the first Miyamanishiki🌾 in the brewery.
I'm curious to see how it will look like.
How about Koei Kiku meets Miyamanishiki 😆.
When I opened the bottle, I took a sniff of the top...totally different. Like pineapple 🍍.
When you drink it, you can taste apple, pineapple, pear, peach? The sweetness is light, and the acidity is long.
The sweetness is light and clear with a stretchy acidity 🍃.
It is extremely light (like a cloud ❔), which is probably due to the low alcohol content.
When the temperature rises, I felt a little bit of fragrance.
The thing I found most unusual was the almost complete absence of citrus flavors that were generally common... 😮.
On the second day, I did notice a glimmer of orange-like flavor in the back...
I've always felt that Koei Chrysanthemum has a nostalgic cute sweet and sour taste with a modern flavor, but this time I hardly felt it ♡...
Very drinkable though ✨
