Sakaegawa's Kasumisake, which I was curious about at the liquor store.
I had it immediately.
The first sip was just the supernatant. It was fresh, fruity, and sweet!
The second sip was taken by shaking the bottle to mix in the sedimented lees.
It tasted even better!
As one would expect from Eikawa. It is an easy-drinking sake with the full sweetness and umami of rice.
The aftertaste is also sweet, and it goes on and on.
But I want to be patient and enjoy the changes in taste after a few days, so I leave half of the sake.
