Happy New Year!
Since it was New Year's, I splurged a little.
It has been a while since I had a Jyushidai, and it was a little less glamorous than before.
The aroma is gorgeous because it is unfiltered, but the taste is a little restrained, so it can be enjoyed as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between-dinner drink.
It went well with shellfish sashimi and was very tasty.
