Lots of fresh rice, with a sweetness like plums and raisins on the nose. Some cotton candy, some banana.
Very soft and smooth on the palate, slightly mouthcoating sweetness is present. More rice, raisins, and a little banana. Decent acidity helps to keep it spicy and refreshing.
