Ryohei
I received a bottle of Zanso Hourai that I had been curious about for a long time.
When I mentioned that I liked Senkou-san, it was recommended to me and I finally bought it.
I was told that they use white malted rice, so I could feel the citric acidity very much, and in the sense that it has a strong acidity, it tastes similar to Senkou, which I like.
It was quite a complex and unusual taste, with a somewhat classic but also modern sourness.
Like Izumihashi, many sakes from Kanagawa are somewhat classic, and I wondered if that is the character of Kanagawa.
I heard that there is also an apple-flavored sake, so I thought I would like to try it again.
I am satisfied with the sake and hope to repeat the experience.
Thank you for the treat.
