I do not like sweet sake, but the ginjo aroma and gentle sweetness of rice in Shizuoka sake is something else. Among Shizuoka sake, my favorite is Shoyuki. Last year I could not get this hiyaoroshi. The taste of the sake is full of nourishment, with a round sweetness followed by a sharpness. You can't go wrong with this sake. Bonito, hiyaoroshi, and three consecutive holidays. Too luxurious.

Good evening, Mr. Maruwa 🌇. The year before last, I was introduced to Shoyuki's Aki-agari and found it to be a mellow and delicious sake, which is rare among Shizuoka sake. I know it is the season for fatty bonito, but I can't get enough of it.

Good evening, Mr. Hiraccio. This is the best time of the year for sake. I am looking forward to this year's hiyaoroshi (hiyayoshi) season as I have Tsururei, Tsunekigen, and other talented sake with a delicious taste waiting in my cupboard.

Maruwa era (of the Northern Court) (1375.2.27-1379.3.22) That's right. It is the season when both food and sake taste great. I drank Tsururei Hiyayogoshi this year, but if it is rough enough, it is interesting to leave it at room temperature until the new year. I drank it right away, though.

Hiraccio, you are right. Good sake goes quickly. I would like to repeat the same thing with Shoyuki, but it seems to be difficult to find it in stock. I think I will enjoy Tsururei first.
