I remember drinking a junjo-junmai-shu last year and enjoying it very much. The one we drank this time also had a good fruity sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe grapes and pears, and in addition to the sweetness and umami, there was a bit of bitterness and acidity in the aftertaste, making it a very well-balanced sake that was easy to drink with a sweet taste. The alcohol is not so strong and very easy to drink. It was a treat!
