Finally, the weekend is finally here, while we are busy with our daily business... and we've been waiting for it: ❗️
Every weekend we have a fun ❤️ sake opening day 🍶!
Today is the first time to drink Tochigi's "Nozomu" Splash 🫧!
When you open the bottle, the aroma is not that strong... but it smells like a tropical 🏝️ tropical pineapple 😍!
I took a top off, imagining it to be pretty schwaggy from the name Splash🌊... but 🤔.
It's sweet and tasty, but it's 16%, so I think it's a little alcoholic 💦.
Also, the freshness of the water is a bit too much like a clear stream rather than a splash ❓...? I have a feeling😅😅.
I'm going to stir it and drink the second glass 👍.
The flavor is really arp⤴️
As I've been advocating for a while now, stirring is the way to go for orikarami type sake ✨....
...but in general I don't think it's the name of the splash 😓.
Personally, the Ganki Sparkling I had the other day is more of a splash lol 🤣.
Let's see what kind of taste changes I can enjoy tomorrow... I'll keep my fingers crossed 😁.
Day 2: 🗒️
In the garden as the temperature was moderate 🍶.
I stirred it from the beginning and it tasted more alcoholic than the first day, but the flavor didn't change much 😓.
I definitely like the first day better...just need to lower the alcohol content 🤔.

Hello, Koiing gulls 😃.
Congrats on the splash💦 and congratulations to Hatsumo-san ㊗️ 🎉 we've never had it 🥲 but I have a feeling it's one of those bottles that has a pretty mixed reputation in the sake world🧐.
I guess I'll have to drink it to be sure.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌙.
Personally, I didn't repeat 😅.
A little bit, I was not into it cosmetically... I still like Senkou for Tochigi😊.
