We received Tenmei "Nakadori 4" Junmai Namaishu.
The aroma is sweet with a strong acidity.
In the mouth, the sweet and sour aroma with a hint of muscat spread over the entire palate, and it finishes with a slight bubbling sensation.
It is delicious!
It is very tasty and goes well with white sashimi.
However, the taste is similar to the Sango-go and Go-go that I drank before... Sorry for my stupid tongue💦.
I will have to really compare the two to find out..........................homework for next year 😊.
