serinuntius
This is a sparkling unpasteurized sake that Tazake offers only in the summer.
When poured into a glass, fine bubbles start to rise vigorously and quickly disappear, but when you drink it, the sparkling wine-like effervescence remains.
With a sake level of -1.5, it may seem a little sweet, but the solid mouthfeel that remains can be said to be that of Tasake.
