It is a trophy of my trip to Shikoku.
Very refreshing and easy to drink. It's a bad one😅.
It's cloudy, so if you mix it up, it gets a bit sweeter and thicker, making it even easier to drink!
It was a food sake that didn't interfere with the meal.
Served with black maitake mushrooms and yam tempura 🥰.
