コタロー
Gokotsuru has a colorful retro-style label.
The aroma is sour-ish, not sweet.
When you drink it, it is chili-swirling and slowly sweet? A little apple-like. A deep sweet aroma of rice passes through the nose and ends crisply.
It seems sweet, but surprisingly, the spread of umami seems to be classic dry. I think it has been a long time since I have had this type of sake.
A little after opening the bottle, the richness and mildness of Gokotsuru-like flavor comes out more strongly. The moment it enters the mouth, the citrus-like acidity passes through the nose, the sweet umami spreads slowly, the umami comes quickly, and it is cut off by the spiciness of the alcohol.
It is full of Mikotsuru flavor and was delicious with a meal.
