Using "Kitashizuku" rice produced in Hokkaido, the brewery has managed to combine the best of both worlds!
It is said to have a gorgeous aroma and a smooth mouthfeel, but for me, it came with a bang, followed by a fluffy, mellow spread. I think I'm going to get addicted to it!
