寿梨庵
I like to drink sake that is usually consumed in unfamiliar places.
I bought this sake when I was in Toyama. I was also struck by the visual 💕.
Namekawa is just passing by 🚙🙇♂️
Thinking of the city near the sea 😌.
Even the honjozo is luxurious with 60% polished rice✨
It's soft on the palate and goes well with all kinds of snacks 😊.
And quite dry ⚡️
I thought it tasted similar to Niigata sake, but it's interesting that it's clearly different from the one from the neighboring Joetsu region 🤔.

Good evening, Jurian.
I like your local sake, honjozo.
I envy you the luxury of making sake with 60% polished rice. The taste of sake is different even in neighboring prefectures such as Niigata and Toyama. It is interesting.

Thank you very much, Maruwa-san.
I felt that Namekawa is closer to Niigata in Toyama Prefecture and this sake was a good approximation, but the Joetsu region adjacent to Toyama Prefecture has many sweet sake even within Niigata, which led me to the above impression 😊.
