A gift. This is the first time for me to drink Hokusetsu.
The aroma is not so much fruity as it is sweet with a hint of rice.
The taste is slightly sweet, but the flavor of rice spreads in the mouth. Overall, it is mellow.
It can be drunk all the time, regardless of whether the accompaniments are light or dark.
