bouken
Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE.
I think the rice was Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano as well as Hi-ire.
Is it melon-like? It also has a melon-like nuance.
As the description says, it has a clear taste.
I wonder if it would be cemedine for some people.
It has a gentle sweetness and a slightly spicy taste that converges at the end.
It is a sake that gets better with each successive sipping.
I tasted the third one, the hi-ire sake, but I thought I could choose according to my taste since there is no big difference in taste between hi-ire and nama-iro sake from this brewery.
I was curious to know if there were any special distributors, so I asked on the official social networking site. I think both of them are not so well known yet.
