ハマのオーラAt the end of last month, I visited one of the five Suwa breweries, Maaihime Shuzo, for a long time and tasted their "Suiro" junmai ginjo-genshu, which I liked and purchased "Alps Yeast". This gem is made with sake rice, water, and yeast from Nagano Prefecture.
It is delicious when lightly chilled!
