This is the second summer sake to be opened this year. This sake was brewed with Sakonishiki rice grown with less pesticides and chemical fertilizers, and was paired with sashimi that included aji (horse mackerel) and salmon (salmon), both of which have excellent fat content 😋 Today we will be drinking a sake comparison glass that my wife and children gave me for Father's Day 😊.
