ジョナジョナThis is a different brand from the Niida Honke's natural sake. Of course, it is made from 100% naturally grown rice.
Drink chilled.
It has a light aroma of rice. The texture is pleasant, and the mild sweetness and rich umami from the umami taste sinks in without any resistance.
The flavor and aroma are enhanced when it is heated. The temperature of 30-40℃ is probably the right temperature, though I haven't measured.
