A little dry. It has some umami. There is also a certain amount of alcoholic aroma that comes through to the nose. At first, I thought it was a bit harsh, but as I continued drinking, I could feel its good balance. Good as a food wine. It can be served with dishes with a little fat. It tastes better at near room temperature.
