Ippongi, a local sake from Katsuyama City.
Purchased at a roadside station in Kuzuryu.
It is also distributed in Gujo City, and I remember it being advertised on signs at bars and inns.
The aroma is a strong alcohol-like scent.
The mouthfeel is dry with a strong graininess. It has a bitter taste, but the aftertaste is so refreshing that it does not bother me much.
