The wine won the gold medal at the Delicious Sake in a Wineglass Awards 2021.
Sweet sake with acidity and a hint of bitterness.
It's not a sparkling sake, but it's tangy and refreshing on the tip of the tongue and throat!
I knew it would go well with wine snacks, but it also goes well with pasta mussels!
It tastes great cold, so I'm sure I'll want to drink more and more of it from now on 😄.
I heard it was made with sake yeast, the second one discovered in the world but never used.
I guess you could say it's an old sake with a new taste 😃.
