Today is koshogatsu day, and today I had freshly squeezed new sake from local brewery Fukuju with sashimi of whale tail meat (garlic masimashi🧄) 😁. It is made from 100% Hyogo rice, so it has a great flavor and freshness from being freshly squeezed 👍. We had it with a cup of Matsubara Tenmoku, a family heirloom that is opened once a year 😉.
