Botan nabe is the accompaniment.
This is one of two bottles that arrived at our house from the 20 different types of Fukushima sake sold at the Fukushima Fest 2021 fair mentioned above.
When poured into a glass, it turned a slight color. It has a complex flavor with sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness, but I think the umami is not quite there.
