2024BY. 16.5°! Dry! Good! This sharpness is what dry sake is all about. It is like how many times it is cut while cutting, or rather being cut! It goes well with Gingin-san's tofu, which is discolored and roasted meat tofu. And it opens up fast! It has a good flavor and a slightly perceptible sourness. The sharpness is intact. If you don't let it leave you, you may not even know it has been cut ^_^ Too great a sword?
