Yamadanishiki for Koji rice, Yumenokou for Kake rice, Junmai Ginjo🌾 with a single heat treatment.
It was served chilled and mixed with ori from the beginning.
Slightly effervescent, fresh, lactic acidic, pear-like, elegant fruitiness 🍐.
Flows like water, sweetness is light and crisp, sharp, and the bitterness is quite strong from the mid-palate 😮.
I imagined it to be more fruity and sweet from the composition, but it was not, it was quite dry ⚡️
I enjoyed it slowly over a period of 5 days, but it was wonderful at all times, and it was hard to choose 💦.
It is often compared to a lactic acid drink for adults, but this is a drink for adults who know the difference ✨.
I liked it a lot 😋.
