It is dry, light, and easy to drink, as is typical of Kamotsuru.
But that is probably why it tastes so good,
As proof, I drank two gou of it on the first day.
I usually drink only 1 gou of sake, but I went for 2 gou because I like this sake.
I tried it with various meals, and the best match was carrot leaves with sesame paste.
It seems to go well with vegetables,
This was a surprise.
I would like to buy it again and try it with different dishes.
