かいこま
It seems that this year's "hiyaoroshi" sake has already started to appear, so I opened this sake to put away the summer sake.
Since it is sparkling, I drank it in a champagne glass where the bubbles are easy to see.
The appearance is clear silver. The fine bubbles look like champagne. The aroma was subdued, but I could detect a yeasty aroma reminiscent of Champagne.
The taste is refreshingly sweet, spicy, and refreshing. Although it seems low-alcohol, it is not low at 15 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much.
Since it is a sparkling with a carbon dioxide gas injection system, the bubbles are more stimulating than those with secondary fermentation in the bottle (such as Nanaken Sparkling), but it may be just right for this hot season.
