We were intrigued by the Junmai Oragara made with "Ginpu" from Hokkaido.
A sweet aroma wafts through the air immediately after the bottle is opened.
It is sweet, yet refreshing on the palate. As the label says, it is a sake that can be drunk in large gulps.
