Sweet and fruity. Muscat-like. A bit fizzy when opened. There's a bit of bitterness, but it's also grape-skin-like, like juice. The package is austere, but the contents are modern. Very tasty.
(I'm not sure about the sake level, but I felt a strong sweetness even though I had been drinking Hana Oup just before...)
April 2025 postscript
The impression is the same as last year, still delicious.
Compared to the special junmai. The base aroma is similar to the Special Junmai, although the Special Junmai is more banana-like.
I thought the Tokujun was fruity too, but the Jungin was more floral and fruity. The fruity aroma spreads quickly and lingers.
If you want to drink it as a food sake, Tokujun is better, and if you want to drink it as your main sake, Jungin is better. Both are good.
