This is a junmai sake from Tanzawa. It's great cold or at room temperature, but when heated up, you can enjoy the delicious flavor of the rice. It's also great with white meat sashimi or stewed pork.
A fun way to find a sake that is good enough to be heated. Delicious. ‼️
