When it comes to Mikotsuru, Yamae Nishiki, and active nigori, there is no way to avoid drinking it.

When you drink it, it has a surprisingly smooth texture on the tongue, but as the bottle opener warning tag says, it is very soft and smooth. It is typical of Shinshu sake (?). It has a forest-like richness.
It is easy to drink even after a long time. It has a gradual umami flavor. It is not too peculiar and can be drunk easily.
It seems to get a little sweeter as time goes by, but it has a bitter taste and is not sticky. It is also full-bodied. You can feel that you are drinking Mikotsuru! You can feel that you are drinking Mikotsuru.
It was a delicious active nigori that reminded me of the Mikotsuru Yamae Nishiki I had previously enjoyed.
