27th bottle in 2024 for drinking at home
This is the last Kumazawa Shuzo's Amano Asashibori for this season.
It was just released at the same time, so we enjoyed it while comparing it with Otters.
It is a favorite because it is a refreshing sake that goes well with meals.
Kumazawa Sake Brewery is one of the breweries that I have a strong attachment to, as I have been to many events there due to its proximity.
Date of production: March 14, 2024
Rice: 100% domestic rice (I think it was Gohyakumangoku)
Polishing ratio 50%.
