Today's sake is a Junmai Daiginjo made with my favorite Hanyokyu's Ginpu, an unfiltered, raw sake ‼️ Ginpu is a sake rice originally from Hokkaido, Japan, derived from Hachitan Nishiki ❗️ and this is the first time I'm drinking it ❤️
The aroma is a refreshing ginjo aroma: ‼️
After a sip, it has a mild mouthfeel, followed by a raw tingling and bitterness on the tongue, which soon disappears and the aroma of ginjo passes through to the nose❗️I wonder if it's the effect of the ginpu⁉️
