Immediately after opening the bottle, the palate could taste the sweetness and flavor of the sake, but the aftertaste was too clean and easy to drink, as if you were drinking water.
After a little while, the flavors became stronger and spread in the mouth, both of which were delicious. （It was a bit too strong and it was very easy to drink, just like drinking water.)
