I feel like this is my first drink at home🤔The aroma is sweet vanilla like fresh cream.
On the palate it has a mellow, rounded sweetness and deliciousness, with sourness and alcohol lingering and disappearing in the second half. The impression on the label might lead one to expect it to be spicier, but it is a full-bodied sake with a delicious flavor that is perfect for fall. The rice used seems to be Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Akita Sakekomachi. I didn't know there was such a thing as Akita Sake Komachi.
I've paired it with grilled chicken, salami, and other fatty foods and it's delicious✨.
The draft conference is over for another year. I can't wait to see the rookies next year 😊💫.
