I thought it would be a very classic sake since it's a sake made from the traditional sake yeast, but it's more of a classic with a modern twist 😊.
This time it was served chilled due to the event, but I think it's best served warmed ✨.
That's what the brewery said ✨.
It's delicious chilled, but I think it has more sweetness and acidity when heated 😊.
